The Villas

Two beautifully furnished villas are available to rent. They are situated on the front line of the Alenda golf course only 15 minutes from Alicante, Elche and the beach. Both villas have 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults per villa (double sofa bed in living room). They come with fully-furnished kitchens, 32" LCD TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, a hydromassage bath and fully-finished wardrobes. Both properties have an upstair and downstair balcony with views of the Alenda club house and both the 1st & 2nd holes. From the front of the villas there is the spectacular view of the nearby Sierra de las Águilas mountains. The residential complex has private gardens and a communal swimming pool. There is also a club house which serves food until 9pm and a supermarket within the greater complex.

This residential complex is situated 15 minutes from Alicante airport and is very close to the town of Elche, a World Heritage site due to its impressive palm grove, unique in Europe. The city of Alicante has excellent connections with the rest of Spain and Europe. Its airport deals with a number of low cost airlines including EasyJet and RyanAir. The EuroMed train joins the city of Valencia with Barcelona and numerous cruise ships set sail from its port to their Mediterranean destinations. It similarly offers an extensive network of motorways that connect it with the rest of Spain and Europe.

Golf

The Alenda Golf Club is situated very close to the Sierra de las Aguilas mountains and the sea giving it a pleasant climate. It is an 18-hole course with a gentle, undulating and varied round. It is very entertaining for players of all levels, and you will really need to use all of your clubs. It’s quite a quick round, as all of the holes are linked together and the walks from green to tee are short.
